Headgasket Replacement

Replaced using only quality parts, (Ajusa Headgasket, or Toyota) based on customer preference and availability.

All front end engine oil seals will be replaced for peace of mind

New cambelt fitted.
Includes all fluids, ancillary gaskets, oil filter, and full engine service.
We will check all coolant hoses due to their likely age and resultant possibility of failure, after all, why sort out the headgasket, if rest of cooling system isn’t up to scratch.
We will carry out engine and radiator flush, carefully checking if radiator is serviceable and then advising accordingly.
Since we do the job thoroughly and remove turbo charger (where applicable) we don’t cause potential damage to drain or feed pipes We will replace exhaust manifold studs where needed.

If needed we can supply refurbished cylinder heads (only usually needed if head is badly corroded)
We check and examine all related parts on your car and advise with photographic evidence if something unexpected needs replacement.
